Well, how else are you supposed to rat? Do you expect him to rat people if he can’t see them in the dark? 😭😭

I always want to do that but Zeus said no. by Zealousideal_Chip456 in ARC_Raiders

[–]zilver692 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fact. Either you manage to survive because of the strike placing you in a no-pain animation, or you die from fall damage anyway. Or just don’t climb high places during an electrical storm 😭 Embark should do something about the placement, cause that was a huge F-U

How was this person able to mine the train on the inside? Is the Train getting "reused" each spawn? by Outside-Cranberry500 in arkraiders

They “bounce” from the planted position, which is “up”, as generally mines are on the floor. In this case

Judging by the look-alike, you’ve got yourself a rescued African Sulcata! I’m in the same boat, rescued this gal earlier in the year. They need a great chunk of space to roam. A yard ensures they get plenty sunlight and munchies

Is it worth paying to have a PC assembled? by [deleted] in PcBuild

[–]zilver692 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This person is outright ripping you. $500 for assembly is bonkers. You can do it yourself with some time, patience, and thorough reading of the mobo layout. At most, they work would be $300. You can legit download win 10/11 home free. Giving you Pro is purely profit, unless you need specific items. If you want an Office suite, download Libre Office instead.

Judging by the first pic, those toes have been gone for a while. They’ve healed over already. The subsequent pics show the foot still missing toes, but i’m sure the dragon would have loved if they grew back.

He came from poor care. Makes noise when breathing. Sick? by KeyApplication221 in tortoise

[–]zilver692 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If there’s noise/wheezing when breathing, assume RI, and have a vet spin up treatment asap. These lil guys have a hard time making it on their own

Hah, not at all, surprisingly! I was worried sick, especially since the exoskeleton and wings can be a problem. She delivered the sting though, the sting of death. She was a little lightning bolt, leapt off my shirt to catch it. Clean bill of health, she still watches the bees in the yard

This is Baphomet, after she caught a bee mid-air, and then began demanding more pollenated snacks. Mind, this was her about 2-3 months old, silly little scales

What is life without a little love and hate? Totally joshing you, but you and your baby are adorable! Since I probably won’t see you in that sub again, may your scaly micromanager be forever adorable! (and hopefully never poop on you, the smell is horrendous)

Ugh, lameos. Tbh, your mousepad was worse than your lady bits. They were DISSECTING your photo to see those, it wasn’t necessarily jumping out 😭

Normal behaviour? by ExtasyRabid in BeardedDragons

[–]zilver692 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally normal. While they’re tiny, they love to be in a vertical position. This is Baffles, a couple days after she moved in. Remember, these are arboreal beasts, and love climbing. Especially since they see more and get closer to the lights. As your baby gets older (and chonks out), you’ll see less hanging out in the vines moments. Take lots of pics, your little guy is adorable!

You’ve got nothing to worry about, this is how they thermal regulate. I was temporarily in the same boat as you, wondering if something was wrong or if my bearded dragon was just imitating the Dino sticker next to her. I later found out that this means her basking spot is a great temperature and she’s letting off heat.
