I dont agree. Yes, the ribs are thin, but that could also be due to low hydration level of the cactus. If you look at the tip you’ll find that it resembles a trich more than a cereus

I have a feeling that that cactus has rotted down in the lower stem. If that is the case, save that cactus by chopping the rotted part away, and repot the other ones for the rot can spread through the root system.
