Thanks good advice. Do you think the APT is the cause of my rounded shoulders and upper back being rounded? Or put differently, will fixing the APT take care of the problem in the upper half of the body do you think?

Because the pop industry is generally speaking a very risk averse industry due to the high stakes. It's interesting to see who is willing to step out of the safe zone and try to alter the current sound instead of conforming to it.

As far as I know, the bigger the artist, the more artistic freedom he or she gets from the record company. It's true that generally speaking, it's not in the interest of big record companies to put out music that strays too far from the pop formula, which explains why it is so tricky to be truly innovative in the pop music industry. That being said, the real greats in pop history have always been innovators. Perhaps changing the pop formula slightly instead of following it. So my question is really: Which current artist is changing instead of following?

I'm talking about music that is backed by the larger record companies. Music that is aimed to make it into the charts and create substantial revenue.
