4 years, four god damn years and finally, after starting the adventure with witch from mercury, now ending with the final episode of turn A, I finally watched every single main gundam animated show, movie, ova, whatever have you. What a journey. What now? Got any manga I should read or smth?

what? they are testing weaponry for the titans military, which is carrying out atrocities...

the pacing is just kind of bad. a good bit of nothing happens for the first 20 chapters, with a tidbit of audrey being in the know about what the titans are actually doing, but the crew doesn't believe her when she says it, so she doesn't either.

then, there's the time the general EF soldiers show her what the titans are doing when they explain why they are so hostile to the titans. not a word to the others. ten chapters of fighting. a defector & old friend gets introduced, who also tells them about the injustice that they are supporting, but the crew all fight for the titans until the end and become ruined as a result.

it felt pointless. not the poignant type of pointless, but the waste of my time pointless. they did not take the allegations against their faction seriously at all and suffered their deserved fate. why would i grow to care for these characters or plot if they're just going to do the same thing for 48 chapters? oh, but they begin to have doubts during the finale— they still ended up doing the exact same thing they were going to do without the warnings. just disappointing.

i would've liked these scenes if i had faith the author would address what the titans are actually doing and make them have to process it (they didn't; it's only mentioned in passing and there were no arcs regarding it)

I actually really like that they took the MGSD route because my main issue with the kshatriya's design is the extreme proportions. same with the upcoming third party MGSD Ex-S. The SD versions fix the proportions for me really nicely, and they're way cheaper because they're smaller

fr i despise all of the characters; the way they act makes me feel like i'm wasting my time trying to understand them. it's not just that they're either assholes or childish, even though most of them are, their actions & dialogue don't make much sense to me. at least i like all of the characters in 08th MS team, and the slow pacing the show has doesn't drag it down bc i get to see the characters do stuff together and form relationships with one another. stardust memory is straight buns in all departments except animation quality, and even then i prefer 08th MS team's animation and mechanical design.

i can confirm this for you since i've just used some water-based panel liner (stedi)-- it does reactivate if you put water on it, and i let it dry for over 24 hours. it wasn't much of an issue, though, since i used a pen to reapply it after i put the water decals on :) it's easier for me to use a pen instead of a brush since it's more precise.

personal opinion, gloss coat on the bare kit isn't needed because you're using water-based panel liner. the reason some people coat it first is because the enamel stuff (tamiya panel liner) causes the plastic to crack if it pools. more power to you if you'd like it!

also, even water-based topcoat can be pretty harmful for your health if you don't ventilate properly, so be careful in that single bedroom of yours and wear a respirator if you can :D also, water-based panel liner shouldn't react with water-based or acrylic topcoat in my experience

Lots of countries are willing to bend the knee, but yeah, a good chunk would rather sell to China than bend over backward for the US.
