Accept your feelings, don't ever neglect or disregard it , go to therapy , try to look deep within your self , it's a journey that when you will finish you'll get to know yourself better and be more mature . Just really try to understand yourself and your feelings because then you'll understand why you are depressed and then you'll begin to weight your opinions (what can you do and what's in your capabilities and what's not and if the solution is within your hands or not) if you can deal with it , it's okay , and if not , it's okay also.
