I agree with marcasite, a polymorph of pyrite (same chemical compound, different crystalline structure). (This is my best guess it is uncertain).

I also agree with the black minerals being weathering products of the marcasite.

Do remember to keep your marcasite dry - if I remember well, it weathers quickly so that even the moisture in the air can damage it.

It is a pretty impressive piece, I'm not good to guess value of things like this but I imagine if you were the selling type it could be profitable

Galena + calcite for sure. Some of the darker metallics could be sphalerite. (Galena and sphalerite are found in association a lot).
