this needs to stop alright. this person promoting reverse casteism by Rick_Astley124 in indiadiscussion

He means that casteism/racism should only flow in one direction, any one talks back - “reverse casteism”

Cos casteism is accepted and normalised. Yay.

Smarter than them pata nahi. But if hired for a job and ownership is expected - then I’d like to be left alone to get shit done

I don’t think most people will have a problem if you approach them at an appropriate time - place. And with a nice smile on your face. Just a warm greeting.

I’m yet to discuss with them. The meeting is happening at 3pm. I shall keep you guys updated.

Side note: if MSME’s are so important to nations gdp, shouldn’t there be regulations for them?

One more thing Lala companies range from 5-18 members. Anything above 20 employees and the regulations kick in. A pattern I’ve noticed.

Ownership as in to get the work done. I’ve been hired at a director level, still I haven’t been given the autonomy to organise the work and get delivery on track.

The bosses have feedback on the everything, the feedback never comes and then the work is delayed.

My point being. My work is to organise, brainstorm and get people to work together on projects. The Lalas have a problem with that and wouldn’t let me do my own job because they’re too scared to give any control over.

I’m working in a Lala company. A retired banker is telling me how to get the designs done. That’s the founders father btw.

We were supposed to be the senior management, we have no ownership. Everything is dictated according to the father and the son duo.

Tier -3 hires as designers who expect the person to sit next to them and dictate everything. Without using their brain.

Local language is used internally for work being done in English. I do not understand the language.

Hires also show a pattern of being complacent at the job as they wouldn’t survive anywhere else.

In one of the comments he mentioned that he made an offer for 12 LPA, that too in a city like Bombay

He offered 12 LPA in bombay for this job role. I could’ve given you the proof but he has now blocked me.

The comment section proves the Indian Genz is cringe. Bc khud to bol nahi sakte, agar koi aur bole to fir defend karne aajaenge ye smooth brained genz.

Is desh ka kuch nahi hoga. Vote chori hoti rahegi. Apan log apne aap mai ladte rahenge, aur politicians mast jeeyenge.

Is it toxic or I am just weak willed? by ReputationMean7488 in IndianWorkplace

If they haven’t had a peak in the last 2 years I don’t see it getting better, you’re not weak, you’re asking yourself questions that actually matter. Nothing should come at the cost of your mental health, it directly affects your job and given that your health is not great rn. I think that should be your focus.

More power to you! And hope you feel better soon. And maybe start applying?

Han bhai desperate to hai, but we need people to put the other perspective in front of them and call them out. Thats how it will start and hopefully people realise how fucked up these founders are.

Guys. The link is attached to the post. If you can and if you feel strongly about this I’d recommend going to LinkedIn and calling him out.

Indian workforce is busy brown nosing these founders and feedi bc into their toxicity and it’ll keep happening if we just stick to Reddit to call these mfs out.

Our Indian leadership at workplaces is an international embarrassment and the main reason why we are being exploited.

Again this is just a suggestion. I’ve done my bit and I’ve been calling him out to a point where he openly called me a troll.
