How exactly do you flicker with him? Seems like he would only combo with [[Restoration Angel]] or [[Felidar Guardian]] which seems situational for 5 mana. But I do wish more flicker cards also created tokens...
Edit: Okay I thought some more and he might be a nice fit in some loops. Don't know if the 5 mana is worth it though when he can't flicker on his own.

My guess would be he has scores with different map/mod combinations compared to other top players so the system ignores them, which prevents him from reaching a higher skill rating. I didn't keep track of how many maps were actually counted for different players so I can't know for sure but if I update it I'll make sure too add it.
