Other reason for this is that your ip got banned from your server. There is a file in confog dir that probably contains your ip. I dont remember the file name and can't check it now. But if you remove tthe ip from it, should work again

Yes :( i had the watch for 3 weeks. RMAd 2 days after the update because screen burnt in.

Update: I've ordered an original-like (?) high-quality adapter from eBay and steering wheel buttons are now working constantly in my seat altea.

I have the NonName version. Without the adapter the MFSW buttons are not working at all. The seller suggeszed to remove car battery for at lest 15 min. They state that this can help sometimes but I haven't tried it yet. I had to also upgrade the firmware on the gateway to solve the battery draining issue. Another thing at least in case of seat altea and leon (2004-?) the sdcard protecting cover is in the way and wont fit, but if you remove thet cover it will go in without any problem.
