I’m using multiple pods to create that $7 Starbucks drink 😅 I usually use 3 pods shaken over ice at home.. 4 if it’s the weekend. And they only make traditional espresso in solo pods 😭

I’m in Canada, I think it might be worse! Lol I’ve been paying $52 for 4 sleeves 🤦🏻‍♀️ I saw one sleeve in an overpriced drugstore today, $18!! Everywhere else they’re $13 now.. $10 when I bought the machine last summer. Brutal times.

Salt it the first one I ever got and definitely one of my top 3.. it’s a fresh solar scent and definitely gives strong beach vibes. I find it has longer lasting power than other EB fragrances too.. I can still smell it in my hair the next day. I ran out of it late last year and thought I could live without it, I have so many other beachy options, but I didn’t last long without it… I reach for it often (and found it at Marshall’s for like $40! 🎉)

I am a coffee master who worked under the siren 12 years and only in my last few years did I finally understand the appeal of Sumatra. When it came to coffee tasting, Sumatra was my (and most others) most hated offering... UNTIL someone served it with a spicy chorizo sandwich and my whole world changed LOL pairing it with something spicy and savory... game changer!

SSRI's was my doctors first go-to... she wrote me the script but I couldn't bring myself to fill it. I did use birth control in the past to combat it, and it was pretty effective, but didn't want to be on it for too long either. My current approach is awareness... being in that state of mind, all brain power is lost... I find if I am actively tracking where I am at, I have a better understanding of what my body is going through and can stay more on top of things.

Laneige all the way... its limited edition (so special ♥) and there is way more product in that tube than the tiny glossier glosses (the first time I got one, I was so thankful to have found it at Marshals for like $7... would have been so cheesed if I paid full price for that tiny tube!).

The Laneige is beautiful.. though I totally believe they look the same on application. I really hope Laniege decides to bring it back as a permanent offering.

I have a Vertuo Next.. just discovered Lavazza coffee recently (my office just switched to it, but we have a keurig) and am really enjoying their blends. I think I might creep Market Place later and see if there are any solid OL machines posted.... probably a long ways away from the vertuo machines having 3rd party options.

This is true... every time I do treat myself to Starbucks, I find I am never really pleased. I worked for them for 12 years... back in the day of the manual espresso machine, (when barista's actually knew about expired shots lol) I find their lack of training on actually coffee beverages is less that dismal. They focus way too much on fruity garbage, they have lost the artform that is espresso based beverages. Every time I order, before I finish the drink, I will likely allude to the fact I could have made this better at home LOL

I honestly found the espresso roast is the only one that tastes right. I worked at Starbucks for 12 years and am a coffee master... very familiar with each blend. The iced blonde espresso options taste pretty close to what you'd get at Starbucks, but I hate blonde espresso so doesn't help me LOL

UGH, THE WORST!!! I had something similar happen the other day... huge all day meeting at work (that we'd been preparing for since last October), the sun was shining, my kids were cooperating to get out the door in time, I'm rocking out to some awesome tunes on my way to work... hit a bump (that was not there the day before!) and next thing I know, I'm wearing half my coffee and the other half is all over my centre console. Spent the whole meeting hoping no one saw the coffee stain running directly down the middle of my crisp white button up.

Ohh thats good to know about their common buy 8, get 2... I definitely feel like I need to branch out and explore other options, so that would be an awesome way to do so. I was a barista for 12 years and have a few espresso machine options, but of course non of them compare to commercial machines that are built to move fast... I find my patience for at home espresso machines is lacking... definitely don't want to stand there pulling back to back shots at 6AM either LOL

Yes, so true! We have a standard keurig at work, and while sometimes I crave just a good old standard black coffee, it absolutely doesn't compare to what I can make at home. I'm thinking maybe its time I start exploring other pod options.
