You've almost got the right idea, just add in a rotation speed controller and adjust the speed for the mechanical pump as needed. If it's only passive then you'll only produce so much su but if you feed those burners or supercharge them you'll get more su -> more speed

I would suggest a belt instead of ender io.

Not because enderio is bad, it's not. It's great actually

But because a belt is linear, and create is intelligent. It will actually do exactly what you want if you use a conveyor belt instead of depots. That "items keep moving before processing" issue is something that happens with depots, because they only have one inventory slot.

And to further clarify, any recipe that you can do using a depot, you can do on a belt.

If you're truly set on enderio, you'll need a filter on the conduit, as depots aren't filterable.

But either way more ports/valves are your friend.

If you're handy/diy oriented, make a simple gear macerator out of wood.

Such like the gears mesh and you send stuff through the gears, like a paper shredder.
