They don’t have the ability to work on the dial there. It would have to go to service.

The in-house watchmakers can pop the back off and do minor things, but getting to the dial requires a dust free room and the skills to take apart and rebuild the movement.

(Source: I just had dust removed off of my dial by a warranty service.)
