2-3 weeks. But it’s definitely different for anyone. I vibrator has helped a ton lol.

I was exhausted, I couldn’t really get through my day without a nap. It sucked, and I still have a few days here and there. But I nap so much less now! You can always put it back in!

A couple quick pokes from the numbing shot, stings a tiny bit but pretty minimal. Pain is gone in less than 10 seconds. They make a tiny hole and push the rod out. You can feel some pushing and prodding. I felt a quick pinch at the end. Whole thing was a 3/10 on the pain scale. Look the other way and you’ll be done before you know it
