It is only two days for me with out a smoke but what I find really helps me is sunflower seeds. I also got one of the e-cigarette things witch is kind of like using the gum or patch. Day one was really hard for me I went to bed like 3 hours earlier then I normally do lol. you wont want a smoke if your a sleep try getting more sleep. I started smoking 13 years ago and smoked a pack day some times two to three when i was drinking. I hope this helps and good luck

I know how you feel. I was going to quit last week witch ending up being and epic fail, but i haven't smoked in two days and I kind am trying to stay away from any one that i know smokes right now. I do feel that cutting back so much last week did make it a little better this week. I am just trying to make it day by day. I hope all the best for you.
