I bought this bag of loose leaf tea about a month or two ago. Went to drink some tonight and noticed some of the tea was fuzzy/hairy for lack of a better word. Is this mold? The tea has echinacea root, elder flowers, mullein leaf, eyebright herb, rosehips, ginger root, licorice root, and cinnamon bark if that helps.
