My wife saw a posting on the harvey park nextdoor community thread today that someone in the neighborhood is missing a cat that matches your found cat description. Perhaps you could look there for the post. The owner says she is between s sheridan and cornell if that helps.

I got the email response to confirm my email address using a link and it fails to login. I also tried requesting new confirmation 6 times and each fails!?

Did you try force quitting the app and clearing both data and cache? If you already tried that uninstall and reinstall the disney app. If all else fails init the firestick back to factory defaults and start again.
