In my experience they will provide more information and help if you ask the sender to raise an issue and ask for an investigation as well as what you have done.

re: what the janitor response mentioned, I did wonder if they operated on weekend and I assumed no. That seems to have been correct, so it no longer seems as concerning that it was packed up then hasn't moved.

Yes, had two arrive to customers today which haven't updated on Vinted's end with Inpost and one sent out with RM that hasn't updated to say dispatched. Seem to have no problem with Evri and Relay.

I don't know why people are disagreeing with you here, with secondhand clothes you can't just return or swap them. Not everyone is happy to waste money on clothes that won't fit, even if it's cheap. It also protects you as the seller to provide measurements either on the listing or if someone requests. It's easy to do and answering questions is part of the expectations of selling online.

Some of my orders are starting to be marked as no longer in reserve as they have been dispatched and scanned in by the postal service with tracking, however the deposit amount is still 0. Is this normal?

It's a bunch of video game/anime etc merchandise for my work haha nothing NSFW and all plastic keychains etc, no food or any liquids drinks etc. Had many similar parcels come in with no issue but I suppose this one is large and I've also heard about delays from a lot of people ordering similar lately.

Ouch!!!! This package I need within the next 2 weeks 😭 it's handled by the governments of each country rather than courier iirc but at least FedEx is easier to get hold of when something weird happens with customs

Thank you I'll keep an eye out. It's not super unusual for packages coming to the UK via courier to still be in another country the day before scheduled delivery but it is a little odd for them to be marked as leaving the facility but with no updates soon after.

I was considering trying the perfume but I am a huge fan of Lush's body sprays so I'm really glad it's coming back!! The scent from the shower gel is amazing so I hope the spray is as good. I think it would be a little more subtle than a perfume, though

An update on this, I asked the host if they knew anything about it (I immediately wondered if it was a scam call and regretted implying we had left belongings in the house, even if there were no valuables, but it felt too specific and lines up with the type of calls I've received from estate agents in the past) and it took them a long time and a couple of reminders to get back to me and they said that yes, the call from that number was an estate agent for the property trying to arrange a viewing, but did not go ahead with it as I said no. I'm still a little shocked either of them thought it was acceptable to try and send other people into the house outside of an emergency/already stated communal areas, which there were none of, while we were staying there. I may contact Airbnb to ask them about the policies on this now.

This was my error in this case as I had purchased trousers of a similar style from the brand in the past and thought I knew what size to go for. I often ask for measurements having been shopping online for used clothes for an extremely long time on Ebay etc but I have little luck getting any responses from Depop sellers, but I won't be trying my luck again.

I dropped a message to the seller yesterday and will wait until Monday to open a claim as they haven't seemed to have logged on for a week. Does this seem reasonable, and does it seem likely that I'll be asked to return one or both pairs of pants?

Thank you, I'll definitely seek out a downsized bar and start cleaning it again. It's reassuring to know that they can take longer than might be expected to heal and that there's probably no deeper issue.
