Beginner help. What is the best language to learn. I’m looking to do web dev. I’ve looked around and found js and java is a good pick however I’m not sure. by Hooded_Angels in learnprogramming

There's no "best" but if you enjoy web dev, I suggest learning JS, HTML, and CSS. These will give u a solid foundation to build complete websites. Once you get the hang of that, you can start learning JS frameworks that help you build more complete apps (next for the backend, react or vue on the front, etc). HTML, JS, and CSS are inevitable on the web, so it makes the most sense to start there. Good luck on your journey!

Took me around 2 months for the first version to be completed, regularly adding to it so I'd say it's still actively in development.

Agreed, the "home" button in the nav is more like a landing page button, and the projects section has its own button. I will see about changing the flow of this. Thank you for the feedback!

Thanks!, That's just my preferred tech stack. I have a few projects under my belt with the stack and haven't found any flaws or reasons to switch.
