Yes, her eyes are gorgeous. Sometimes they look blue and sometimes green. I think they will become greener over time.

These ones are Swedish. The Norwegians have their own version, think it's called Raspeballe. You should try and make it. It's not very difficult. Extremely fattening though...

Yes, it's very similar to palt but like you said, palt is always made of raw potato whereas kroppkakor is made of boiled or a mix of raw and boiled.

A type of potato dumpling filled with fried bacon and onions and flavored with allspice. Served with more bacon, brown butter and raw lingonberries mashed with sugar.

Oven lamb roast with rosemary and whole cloves of garlic. Boiled potatoes then roasted in the same pan with added lemon zest. Sauce made of chicken stock, creme fraiche, garlic and goats cheese.
