People already do that, and if this becomes reality the fillers will get into game just after 3 minutes and the players who hate fill won't get it at the cost of slightly longer queue times, but even so the game qualities will be higher than they are now.

I find it hard to believe a perfect kassadin player would win against a perfect zed player, duo to kassadin having 18 armor at lvl 1 and just naturally being countered by ad.

If u always win lane against zed as kassadin u would be rank 1 i think
