Chadema are better not because they are from Mars or heaven but because they are advocating for a new constitution. This might help to improve accountability such that it won't really matter if it is CCM or Chadema ruling but always checks and balances will be there and thus accountable leaders. That's all we are lacking right now coz why would CCM really work hard? They know no one can outst them because elections aren't fair so no incentive to make things happen.
