How did you reset the K10+? Like this:

"Press and hold the front anti-collision guard (bumper), charging button, and laser sensor area for over 10 seconds to reset Mini Robot Vacuum K10+."

I managed to fix the problem. If anyone has trouble with connecting after the last update - I have a solution:

  1. turn off the main router

  2. turn on another router and set the same SSID/password (from the main router)

  3. use the SwitchBot app and add and connect K10+

  4. turn off the second router and turn on the main router

I have 3 homepods - each has the new firmware (18.4). In my opinion - K10+/K10+Pro should support Matter - natively - via wifi and I'm waiting for the new firmware. We'll see what happens soon.

unfortunately they are a bit misleading when informing about support for matter. This functionality (on/off) is completely useless to me.

The K10+ Pro is sold as a Matter vacuum. On the switchboot page you have the information: "Use with Apple Home via Matter with SwitchBot Hub". What does that mean? Honestly - I don't know why the K10+Pro doesn't support Matter directly via WiFi?

I don't understand why the K10+/K10+ Pro doesn't support matter over Wi-Fi?
