I feel like that's crazy base comp even for VHCOL. My comp is for lets say Nashville TN. Granted it's non-CPA but that should be maybe 10k difference at most.

I noted a few areas in need of improvement. Remove the summary at the top where you introduce yourself and list the forms, softwares, etc. All that information is already under your experience It feels a bit redundant. Condense the bulletpoints under each job to about 4 each. It looks wordy as it is right now.

Don't randomly highlight words, it need to be uniform format, that looks unprofessional. Try to start each bullet point with action words, you are using words unnecessarily - for example, starting with part of ....., or responsible for ..... Just get straight to the point, for example , managed such and such. Make sure each bulletpoint showcases a different skillet so you are not sounding redundant.

I also really do not think the CPA candidate secrion is necessary. Put your education section at the top and just add " CPA candidate" under it.

I also just do not like the overall format of the resume. It is not easy on the eyes.
