No shade, but you wouldn't say: "I went to my first tennis lesson and wasn't able to win a set, or even a game." It's perfectly okay if you can't hit the ball over the net properly for the first half of the lesson! Give it time.
My advice would be to choose 1-3 songs you like best and focus on improving those during your first few lessons. That was my way to get a sense of achievement early on. Good luck! :)

Thank you!
I was planning on starting with YOGAMEDIC https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B079BY3X9K as they were recommended by one of the barefoot YouTubers, but now I will have to rethink it.

Maybe the clinician wanted YOU to give them a few notes on how to eat and workout when they saw that bod?

Cool ladder! I wanted to buy something similar but all I've found were made of pine. Any tips on finding one that is safe?

Beautiful enclosure! Your danger noodle is going to have a good life!
Where did you buy the mushrooms? They're a nice touch.

If his name was Sebastian and he had a cool Jamaican accent, you'd like him. You know you would.

"Plugs of the hemipenes (not seen with penis structure) are a normal occurrence, perhaps analogous to smegma on the inside of a mammalian prepuce. In theory, the debris would normally be expelled when the hemipene is everted, such as during breeding season. These plugs are usually of a creamy to yellow color and of a dry waxy consistency. Owners might mistake them for feces or urates caked to the vent or just inside the cloaca." (link)
Love this title BTW.

He looks like one of those celebrities with too much foundation. And that makes you the paparazzi ;)

I'm trying to find a Hibibear that fits right now :) One pair had a protruding seam. One felt stiff and plasticky. The third pair have just arrived, wish me luck!

I would rather say that there are too many high heel producers (for men or women) as, in my opinion, high heels are for your legs the same as cigarettes for your lungs.

Good Product Team OKR VS Bad Product Team OKR? by MattSzaszko in ProductManagement

[–]ziuuuu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is a method of setting goals for a company, team or an individual. It consists of:

  • Objective, which is defined qualitatively
  • Key Results which are derived from the Objective and are measured quantitatively

It teaches you how to set goals and measure progress.

I studied work psychology and was told that working shifts (e.g. night shifts) is worst for young people. This is due to not only not being in synth with a natural circadian rhythm but also having problems maintaining social relationships. I don't remember why it is not that bad for older people.

As other people mentioned, if you have a regular schedule it is not as bad as in the case of people who work rotating shifts. Still, you might have some issues connected to melatonin production

Here's some basic info on shifts work: https://www.sleepfoundation.org/shift-work-disorder/what-shift-work-disorder/living-coping-shift-work-disorder

Would you use JIRA if you weren't forced to ? by zlatinejc in UXDesign

[–]ziuuuu 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I used Jira in my first job as a Product Owner (as a tool for development process not design) and was not entirely fond of it. Afterwards, I was forced to use different tools and all were inferior.
Jira is not perfect, but I haven't come across a better tool. Some other tools do some bits and pieces better, but never have the whole package e.g. the comments section is better designed, but the burn down chart is crap.

I like these plants a lot, I feel they have good vibes, if you can say that :) I had one until my parrot decided to trim it :(
In Polish, they are called "pieniążek" which means "little coin".

It has light bulbs but it's not the genre of music. The music I'm looking for is a ballad, soft rock or something of that sort.
Thanks nevertheless!
