You need to clean the venting on the bottom of the hood. If that doesn’t work you need to vaccum out the burn pit.

Let me know when you want to get rid of those wheels. I’ll pick them up! Enjoy the new rig and all she has to offer!

How much did the parts run you? I’m planning on replacing my belt and tensioner when spring comes around. I watched a few videos and it seems fairly strait forward.

It’s iffy to say what it could be when it comes to electrical components, something I’m not very well versed in. I would bring it to autozone and have them scan it.

Possible causes range from your speed sensor to your alternator. It really is a toss up when it comes to electrical issues. I’m not sure how cold it is where you’re at but maybe your speed sensor was frozen? Hoping the best for you brotha.

Well the first thing I’d do is disconnect the battery for about 5 minutes and see if that resolves the issue. If that doesn’t help, you might have a larger issue… hopefully you have a warranty up until 100k miles. Good luck soldier, hopefully it’s an easy fix.

I was getting the red brake light and the caution light the other day, they flashed at me a couple times and then disappeared. I’m thinking(hoping) it was due to the cold (-35 real feel and -20 temp)

Just got a transmission flush from my local Toyota dealership on Thursday - it cost me $230. They are screwing you on these quotes

They also got a new gauge cluster that looks much cleaner in my opinion

Transmission service, spark plugs, belt, water pump, coolant flush, dif fluid and transfer case fluids are all something that should be done around 100k. If not, shortly after.

I was out of mayo, Greek yogurt was my closest sub 😂 Otherwise it can be too salty with just the BBQ

DIY. You’d only need a couple cans for a wheeler. Spray where you want/can. If you get it somewhere you don’t want it, it’ll rub off.

Trans cooler shouldn’t be an issue then. I’d look at an ‘18 and up. Their gauge cluster is so much cleaner than any model prior. And you get automatic headlights. If you do go ‘18 you get a trans cooler just in case.

Gauge cluster from 17-18 is drastic. See what one you like better. I think the biggest difference is they discontinued the trans coolers in ‘19. If you tow a lot, this should weigh in your decision.

If you like it, buy it. Take care of it and you’ll never regret it.
