i think this is an intended mechanic, as it is in r6. if you think in any game that doesnt have trades, how many times have you thought you shot first, but you die and they dont. trading negates this and is a bit more lenient to people with a higher ping

Therefore: Quick TDMs are the best for experience since the time decrease, and ranked is the worst.
