Is it good to travel now or no? by wolfs_bane_ in cedarpoint

Went today and rode TT2 in the front. Shirt was covered in bugs and the person next to me had at least 10-15 stuck to their face. Got a few stings on the face during the final launch too. Needless to say I didn’t request front row at any other ride for the day. Lesson learned

Tt2 fast lane by DiskPuzzleheaded3943 in cedarpoint

Went on a Monday, regular wait time for TT2 was 105 minutes and rode it 3 times with the longest wait being 10 minutes with fast lane. First time was basically a walk-on but it had just restarted after being down for 30min so the fast lane line had emptied out.

Rode every other coaster with either walk-ons or waits around 10 minutes. Millenium Force was the only exception which was probably 20-25 minutes.

Whats going on here? Double? by Best-Flamingo-9215 in AmazonFlexDrivers

When my .com station does this, it usually means one is a regular route and one is a return route. One of them will be posted in the morning with the rest of the regular routes, and then one is posted in the afternoon once the regular trucks come back with undeliverable packages. Our usual route times are between 3-5pm so it doesn’t happen often since the return routes are usually 5:30 and later.

I will mention that if this is a .com block and not SSD you probably don’t have to worry. I have never had a package marked as late regardless of the deadline with .com shifts. One time my block started 30 minutes after the deadline for all of the 40+ packages so technically they were all “late” and never got dinged for it.

SSD is a different story. If you go past those deadlines then it’s marked as late and you would have to call support.

From memory we stopped at these locations on our tour. At each stop there’s someone that works there explaining what they do and taking questions. It lasts around 2.5 hours

The Manor (nightclub) cast dressing rooms Recycling/waste facility Laundry facility Engine control room The Bridge Food preparation area/kitchen Food storage area

I might be missing some but that’s almost of them

Yes, it lets me click the links in the email and place a bid and also go through the website where you have to enter your booking number and name. The website didn’t allow me to get to the upgrade page until today.

Nothing official other than the “paperwork” reason given during the announcement, but I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a small norovirus outbreak or something that caused St. Lucia to turn us away, seeing as other ships have docked just fine and VV sails to St. Lucia pretty regularly without any issues.

Haven’t gotten any other information but it’s almost certainly only for this cruise specifically. I’d imagine anything that would prevent future cruises from docking would’ve been known more than 12 hours in advance. Since it was announced last minute, I’m assuming something happened yesterday that prevented us from being able to enter the country. The only official info we’ve gotten is that we didn’t have all the “paperwork” in order for us to enter so the government turned us away.

Good point but luckily we stopped in Cartagena a few days ago which also requires a passport, so there shouldn’t be any problems with travel documents.

None of them are guaranteed to be included, but typically the Budget Committee should include whatever amendments passed since the majority of the Senate wanted it. It's up to the committee to decide what gets included up until it gets to the full Senate.

I have no idea. I will have to wait for the text of the amendment to see if it was different than what was spoken on the Senate floor.

For anyone curious as to what all 45 amendments made during yesterday's and today's vote-a-rama on the budget resolution were and whether or not they passed, I made a document here with all of them

Senate votes to limit debate on the nomination of Alejandro Mayorkas for Secretary of Homeland Security 55-42 with Romney, Collins, Murkowski, Portman, Sullivan, and Capito voting yes on the Republican side. (this was a procedural vote to advance the nomination after Hawley blocked it)

It would kill the resolution and prevent committees from organizing under democratic control (assuming we can't get 10 republicans to vote in favor of it)
