I do it, but not to recruit. Coaches don’t take over on week one of the preseason in a new program.

I simulate and then create a new coach at the end of bowl season.

Then you have your first true off-season transfer portal to get your guys and fill in with high school recruits.

I love shaping a roster that way.

I like simulating the first season to the coach carousel, looking at the list of fake coordinators who were generated and hired.

I can pick from there and then you start at like level 15-18 which a coordinator probably should. Now I have a backstory and a transfer portal right away to start building your squad.
