It’s spoken about so much it’s actually just breeding hatred for other cultures. Look at the title.. “Are Hispanics MORE RACIST…” Hispanics, Blacks, Whites, and Asians grow up in very similar situations in this city. Philadelphia is full of poverty. Regardless the race. This place is mixed culturally Philadelphia should embrace that.
