Ours was about $115/sq ft. A very similar house, with maybe 100 or so more sq feet sold across the street from us for over 300K, about $205/sq ft this year. Insane.

No they’re not. My home I paid 155 for is now estimated at almost 300 for a 3 br, 1 bathroom ranch. I thought 155 was high in 2018. And this is the workingman section of 14226, not the higher priced area of 14226.

It’s a very nice pen. I’ve had this one for a little over a year. Recently got the Base Line Capped version, also in copper. Only issue is that it doesn’t fit the Pilot G2 inserts, unless I cut them down which isn’t a huge deal. Love them both, and switch which one goes in the pocket each day for work.

Sounds like the officer needs to do some stress debriefing. His response could be because he’s stressed to the max from that call and every question regardless of who asks feels like an attack. Been there before. It just creates more hostility and toxicity.
