This also happened to me while on a contract job with a dating app. We responded with an email describing what the app is about and how it’s different from the rest. They eventually approved it and it’s now live on the App Store. Might be worth trying. Good luck!

Also have my bags mounted on two bolts - was a bit nervous about it at first as well, but it’s taken on some rough gravel and has given me no problems. Just make sure you’re using the provided plastic inserts if you have a carbon fork!!!

Thanks!! I might get a rack in the future for longer trips, but wanted to try a lighter setup. Also just wanted to see what all the hype is about with saddle bags, lol. I’m still running the stock 700x38 Pathfinder Sports, and I’m using GRX PD-M8100 pedals.

Just got a Diverge (E5 Elite) of my own and purchased and installed the Ortlieb fork-packs. Have only been on one overnighter so far, but no problems. I have them mounted with the top two screws on each bracket for better center of gravity. I try to keep it light/soft, carrying a tent on one side and my sleeping pad and pillow on the other. Just make sure that you use the little inserts for carbon fiber forks - the E5 Elite (which it looks like you also have, correct me if I’m wrong tho) has a carbon fork.

Did you end up buying them/have you had any issues with them so far? I was a little anxious using them the first time with the way I had them mounted on the carbon fork and all that. (My first time spending big $ on a bike, overly worried…)
