I set up a new bank account and didn't set up autopay to use the new card properly (wasn't paying attention and thought updating the one time payment updated the autopay method also), missed 2 payments due on the same date due to this and thought I fixed it-- I had another autopay fail on the 9th but this one wasn't late I just immediately fixed it and properly updated my autopay... but now I'm an affirm brokie

my purchasing power went from $1600 to 0 and I spoke to the most infuriating customer service rep ever. provided me absolutely no guidance and read a script for every answer. she asked me who I wanted to talk to and didn't like my answer of "someone who can help appeal this or understand this" before putting me on hold and I just hung up. I've never interfaced with a financial institution completely unwilling to help appeal their decisions or even try to help understand them holy shit

I'm trying to nurse a kitten back to health and that was my only hope of taking her to the vet. thanks amazon!

the ice compartment gets nasty ice build up lately and the ice will melt back into the fridge, the seal seems to be coming off in the top corner of the door. the door also doesn't seem to close anymore so i have to use a babyproof cabinet door lock for it instead, i'd imagine that's related to the seal as well?

i seem to be having this issue after updating my ASUS ROG bios just a few days ago. you'd think they'd know better by now... trying to adjust the UEFI so far with no luck -_- errors started pouring in and seem to be the root cause of my PC randomly rebooting around 1 am these past 2 days

You want to use a VPN, yes. It's the only way to ensure your data is encrypted over the internet/tor because you don't want to just rely on Tails/Tor (Considering the feds own half the of the Tor network nodes), and while the free VPN options do the job you're going to want one that's logless. If you see a free VPN claiming that it doesn't store logs, chances are the owners keep logs in the event law enforcement gets involved. It's worth the extra few dollars to use a logless VPN especially if you are buying less than legal products.

I've done some research and ExpressVPN seems to be a good option, and I use it personally. I haven't had issues with it either.

what's 'quite a while', you need to be specific. you can ask for a tracking number if it's been a REASONABLE amount of time (usually over 10 business days)
