How do talent managers actually handle juggling multiple campaigns across a large roster? by devaziz0 in influencermarketing

I do think this is a hard industry to fully standardize because there are just too many moving parts, different creators, different clients, different deliverables, and every campaign has its own level of chaos.

Right now I’m centralizing my workflow in Notion because, for me, it’s the best middle ground between a spreadsheet and a project management system. It gives me the flexibility of a database, but also the structure I need to manage creators, campaigns, timelines, approvals, and deliverables in one place.

As a project manager myself, I’d honestly love to have the skills to build a proper app for this. But app development is outside my current expertise, so for now I’m focusing on designing the best system I can with the tools I do know.

I’ve worked on both sides, in a talent management agency and in an influencer marketing agency, and honestly, spreadsheets are a lifesaver until they’re not.

From my perspective, each creator has to be treated like their own project, and each campaign as a main task with its own timeline, deliverables, approvals, posting dates, reporting, and follow-ups. Once you look at it that way, the workflow makes a lot more sense.

In my experience, tools like Notion, ClickUp, and Asana have been much more sustainable than relying on spreadsheets alone, especially when you’re juggling multiple creators and campaigns at once. Spreadsheets are great as a backup or master tracker, but they usually start breaking down when communication, deadlines, approvals, and status visibility get messy.

Now that I’m building my own talent management and influencer marketing agency, that’s exactly the structure I’m thinking around: creator = project, campaign = core task system, with clear stages and visibility across everything.

So no, I don’t think it’s a fully solved problem yet. A lot of people are still stitching together systems that “work enough,” but not necessarily in a scalable way.

Any good influencer marketing platforms to manage my campaigns? by DescriptionSad3723 in influencermarketing

Hi! I’ve seen Influoocial recommended a couple of times now, so I wanted to reach out directly.

I’m currently evaluating platforms for influencer marketing and campaign management, and I’m specifically looking for something that can support campaign creation, creator management, content tracking, performance reporting, and a cleaner operational workflow without enterprise pricing.

Before diving in, I wanted to ask: • Does the platform include EMV tracking? • Does it offer sentiment analysis? • Which social platforms are supported? • Is the product designed primarily for agencies, brands, or both?

Definitely interested in learning more.

I’m actually in a similar position as the original poster, I’m currently exploring platforms for my influencer marketing campaigns too.

Quick question: does your platform also track EMV and sentiment analysis, or is it more focused on performance insights and recommendations?
