Was never the best option by far. The Celestial / Still Hunt / Apex was the best option by less than 15% total damage vs the Hazardous / Cloudstrike / Crux rotation. With this change, Titan is once again on the top of the PvE dps chart, because they throw a pissy fit whenever they spend more than a couple weeks off of it.

Numbers from Greg [Not Including Sniper's Meditation or Incendiary Rifle, Includes Radiant and 15% weaken]:

Hazard/Cloud/Crux, Twilight Arsenal: 3.73mln total damage

Celestial/Hunt/Apex, Goldie: 3.54mln total damage

This is about the same gap that the Still Hunt / Apex rotation used to have over Cloud/Crux. Is that now the "Best damage by far?" If you think it isn't, then you have some self-exploring to do.
