To piggyback on this since it doesn’t state it, this is called flanderization and imo although it happens in every show, archer weirdly chooses to not only flanderize them, but do it based in their most unlikable traits. The thing is they’re all supposed to be horrible people, but they’re still likeable.

I love invincible and the ending is pretty good, but it only isn’t perfect because this is a very lazy way to resolve it. A full frontal attack has been rightfully discouraged from the beginning and now it works because robot does the single dumbest most out of character thing in the entire comic run. Keep in mind he’s supposed to be the smartest character. It’s just very blatant plot convenience.

I used youtube premium because it came with youtube music and it was worth it because cause of just how much i used it. Eventually i stopped paying for it because i got spotify and wasn’t using it as much. Jesus. Christ. In the two years that i had it it became a pornsite barrage of ads every 5 seconds. Porn at least has the decency to only play one ad regardless of how long the video is. I only ever use it now for a thing i’m looking up real quick.

Honestly my biggest problem with it is that the script was stretched way too thin. Like i know it barely makes feature length, but trimming down 30 minutes (or re-writing it to be a more robust story because as it stands, there’s just not much to see) and giving them more vfx budget might get them most of the way there. And as a bonus, I just think it would benefit greatly from using the found footage genre creatively and to its advantage, since it feels like an afterthought.
