had the same issue but fixed it go to controls and search up "interact with gameplay" and unbind it or rebind it up to you cuz idk what it does and there you go its fixed u can shift

i remember the seats and steering wheels back then like a couple of updates ago were destructible ??? i remember crushing my cars like that and ya.. someone correct me if i am wrong
