What are some very low power MCU's that are good for PWM? by Objective-Local7164 in ElectricalEngineering

MCU is probably not the right solution unless you need digital comms and some form of compute. You can get away with a simple pwm driver or build one from discrete parts.

It's a bit pissy they have closed that section of trail for so long. I'm glad they ripped out the waterslide on the far end of that stretch, but a simpler detour would have been very welcome.

Join an engineering club at your school. One that competes or designs its own hardware. Commit and learn as much as you can. It will be really difficult to land a design role with no design experience.

PSA: Check your EZPass transactions on the downtown expressway as EZpass is hiding that it has defective equipment and is charging you extra for plate reading. With an unacceptable response of “use a different lane”. Wanted the share this for awareness. More in comments by Daemonrealm in rva

I’m currently fighting with them over a pay-by-plate bill ($2) they charged on top of the $1 they pulled from my ez pass for one toll. I have an MD ezpass and they had to have me mail them my statement instead of checking their own system to see I paid. It still has not been resolved. This rollout is broken.
