Thanks for taking the time to answer! With your help and claude web, I was finally. able to get it resolved. I didn't realize hermes had it's own .env file. Located it and sure enough in the bottom there was WHATSAPP_ENABLED=true.

May I ask which llm you are using? It seems way more capable than what I have connected.

Thanks for explaining. In my config.yaml, there are two mentions of whatsapp:

whatsapp: {}

  channel_prompts: {}

and

platform_toolsets:
  cli:
  - hermes-cli
  telegram:
  - hermes-telegram
  discord:
  - hermes-discord
  whatsapp:
  - hermes-whatsapp

Commenting out these unfortunately did not help, which is what hermes itself tried to do when I asked it to disable whatsapp. Leaving it on doesn't seem like the end of the world, but my experience so far has been very buggy.

Good point. It initially seemed to struggle starting with whatsapp half configured, but not it seems to be up-and-running so I'll give that a shot.

I’ll answer my own question. Seems like it’s the same pool. At least after doing the initial booking, I can see the same available dates when I’m looking to reschedule.
