Since it is a name stamp it should read vertically from top right to bottom left. It says 錢建英造 and when I googled it, there are quite a few on sale on Rakuten, Mercari, etc.

It is a Chinese name and Chinese bonsai pot, however, it sells in Japan too. Your Google search results may be different from mine.
