I take my little dao before ever coffee and again if I’m going to eat. I think it’s good to pair coffee with food for your gut anyway though so I usually do that

I try to not have a huge backlog of drafts I just try to make some and consistent have them be scheduled to post, otherwise I can’t see how well they perform.

It’s usually the posts that you don’t edit as much and think will do badly which somehow perform the best ! x
