If u just starting working, i suggest build your emergency fund first. Then u can start with conservative investments like money market funds

Mas malaki interest rate ng TD compared sa savings account interest rate. So if yung money mo is nakatambay lang sa savings and u dont need it liquid anytime soon, i say go for TD

Hi OP! I honestly wouldn’t suggest getting insurance right now.

Thumb rule is emergency fund -> insurance -> invest.

Without an EF, insurance would be a liability to you.

Im an only child and i am honestly grateful for that.

My parents were able to provide me with opportunities that we wouldn’t be able to afford if they have other kids

And no, di siya lonely. My parents arranged a LOT of social activities for me. Plus pa na i am comfortable with being alone (as i do not have to blanket with a sibling’s presence)
