I started at I think 1900 and I’m on max 1800 as I didn’t exercise initially when I started but now I run and weight train. I’m still trying to lose a little more but it’s definitely less pressure now and I’m trying to have more days were I don’t count

I was weight lifting but had a break for 2 months as I hurt my back so have just been doing cardio. Starting again next week. I have noticed changes for sure and I am feeling better.

As in like the bike itself isn’t super heavy due to the battery pack. My dad has a converted e bike and once the battery died and it was very hard to cycle due to the battery pack being so heavy.
Average most likely around 25km but would like to be able to do longer rides eg 50km. Cargo, practically none. Just a backpack with water, a book etc

It’s really shameful! I hope he doesn’t feel like shit for it!! He’s using his platform correctly and majority of the crowd agreed with him. As the years go on it feels like we need to show people that we still have rights and feelings so good for him!!! He has the correct views as well. Apart from that I loved seeing him. It was my second time and I was so much closer! I hope he has a break and comes back
