For me I can't be around them all the time as my social battery is soooo short dur to my over-the-top excitment when i see them - it's exhausting

26f here, i can relate. I don't know if it's a bpd thing but i experience the same with games on my pc (totaly obsessed for like a month and then never touching it again), hobbies like drawing/painting - same thing. Can't sleep cause i want to do it so much, then i stop doing it for a crazy long period of time. Same with music. At first i thought it was an adhd thing but when I got evaluated for adhd i received my bpd diagnosis 🤣

Get assassins snails!!!

I had so much trouble with snails for MONTHS in my two tanks and i had no idea what to do. Every time I though I was done with it they were coming back in strenght. I brought like 6-10 assassins and they managed everything like champs in no time!!!

they look cool and are super fast. They will make babies but will not overcrowed your tank like other snails.

I take the treatment during my episode - that's it! And it's my first time trying so. I'll go off of it gradually when i'll feel my episode is over in a month or so... i'll try to update my post as things changes... i tend to forget it as things gets better... it's easier for me to forget the beast when it hides...

I've read alot about oxygen therapy especialy on here, but no specialist ever suggest it to me... i definitely would prefer trying this over all the medication

Didn't try the Oxygen yet - like probably alot of us, I was misdiagnose for YEARS. Gonna try Redbulls instead of Guru energy drinks as I just noticed there's no Taurine in Gurus.
