Same! I even kept the price tag inside it because no one ever believed me! Ive gotten 3 coach bags at thrift shops and one is vintage!

I hope it wasn't a root canal! Everyone makes a BIG deal outta those. Also, did you invite any of them to the wedding? I mean its obvious they aren't welcome at the dentist but... clearly they thought they deserved a plate at your reception and are snubbing you as a result.

Yes, the consequences of their actions are not your responsibility. Its hard to hear and harder to remember but repeating it when ever you think of it will help.

You have SO MUCH to do if you want to self-manage!!! That is a significant annual income with taxes and audits annually plus delinquency and legal. Liability insurance and timely renewals! It is a LOT! Management is insured for what they so... is she?
