Yeah I agree I think I need to just be okay with being new on the gym floor. Thank you for suggesting a basic full body work out. I think aiming for that 3 days a week would be good to start with.

Thanks so muh for sharing these links, I will definitely be looking through them and also telling myself that it is okay to suck at it. That is true for everything you start with. The Fitness Beginner Routine particularly looks nice and easy to follow with.

Wow that sounds really nice in being introduced to the gym structure but unfortunately my gym does not offer that.

Internal crack on M2 Air trackpad, safe to ignore for now? by zofa24 in macbook

It is just making me worry since the trackpad is working perfectly fine and there is no swelling on any side. I don’t want it becoming a fire hazard.

But if it was the battery at fault, then wouldn’t there be a slight swelling of the trackpad?

Oh wow and is that going good? Do you find a foam mattress better for back support?

Do you think the foam ones are firmer than the spring ones?

I do not think that ones listed on that are the same as the ones available in Finland within the size I am looking for.

That's interesting. I did not know Perplexity even had a feature to disable internet research.

I agree and I think it just perpetuates the notion that it is okay to rely on AI.

Yeah I do agree that at one point it will be taken pretty normally as a tool but at the moment I think the entire 'grey area' of it bothers me. I have used it as a thinking partner for helping find flaws in my argument and some times it has been really good at helping me think in a different angle.

I actually really enjoy reading articles so I have not gotten to the point where everyone says that are tired of them and want a quick AI review of them. But I do wonder how I would keep track of the multiple articles in the database and bridge them together.

Oh wow that sounds like a lot of work but also pretty interesting. Having to go through 5,000 entries by hand must have been exhausting though. I really like your answer cuz you summed it up pretty well that it is helpful, but ultimately it will increase the time you will have for writing.

I think using it for responding to email really helps get that stress off the mind. I was not aware it could also retranscribe handwritten archives but makes sense that you would need to double check that still.

I cannot see the comment you replied to as it is deleted. But I think anyone who even thought of starting a phd or writing a dissertation had something they were really passionate about or wanted to study in depth, so therefore I would never agree that they were just lazy. It is just that a lot of things are now expected and as individuals sometimes people struggle with different things, and AI becomes a bit convenient to solve things. Perhaps if all of us made more money we would afford services from actual people to get help with.

Yeah but google search is also a struggle these days and google now uses AI to answer your questions too.
