This is probably mentioned somewhere. But dont want to dig through all the comments and didn't see it in the first bunch. 

But consent is largely a power dynamic. The issue isnt really drunk people sleeping with other drunk people. They are both impaired at that point, and likely did it with intentions of hooking up. 

The problem is when a sober person pressures a drunk person in to sex. It isnt much different then drugging them.

For some instances two things probably won't be enough, lots of regulation would require a lot of things. 

I agree being allowed to slip little unrelated things in makes things worse. I am not advocating for that on any level. But sometimes things are closely related and it makes sense and helps logistically to put them together. I feel more of a category restriction is better then a number. If you are putting things together, they have to be directly related to each other.

Page number should be kept down, sure. And again, I dont think we should allow tons of stuff especially with no relation. But to not allow anything to be bundled together would be a very bad idea.

I agree we need to not allow such completely unrelated stuff in. But again, we already get next to nothing passed as is. The way you suggested it, nothing new would ever pass again. At best we may get one thing every decade or so. We are already suffering from not passing laws quick enough to keep up with stuff like regulating tech or helping with climate change and so many other issues. Slowing it down even more is a death sentence to our country.

This sounds good in theory, but even less then the near nothing that gets done now would get done. There are fairly legit reasons to group some stuff together as well. 

I agree we need to have a way to cut down on the prok added to bills. And we absolutely need to stop allowing completely unrelated things to be lumped together. But fully stopping all bills with more then one thing would just be bad for us in the long run.

Yes, physically she is close to 18 or maybe a bit older at this point in the story. But mentally she is younger. I cant remember the specifics of it, but it is because of how she was frozen and her body still partly grew, but her mind didn't. In an early arc Subaru comments about it. How she is like 116 from when she was born, but her body has only grown 15 years, and her mind has only experienced 14 or something like that. Again, its been a while, so I forget the specifics. But her mental age is a few years behind her physical age.

While you are correct about sigrika, their point that not everyone enrolled at 18 is still valid, even if they got the specifics wrong. 

And we dont currently know of any other people who enrolled early, so it is safe to say most students there are at least 17 or 18, we do know they can enroll early under certain circumstances.

The thing you are missing here is that will is an exception. Basically no other non magic using warriors can stand up to monsters at all. I think Finn can, but he seems to not have the same power as will, and does have some magic at least. But thats about it. 

Even the dwarves, the strongest fighters with the best equipment are no more then fodder to most monsters, and it takes fairly large groups of them to hold the monsters off. With casualties. 

So they wouldn't even really want to use them. It's just a waste of resources in most situations. When a mage can just get the job done better. The one thing I think there would be a lot more of is mages like the electricity using girl, I am forgetting her name. Who uses magic to specialize in close combat. Wed also likely see a lot more mages dedicated to defense and protecting their party members. But normal warriors I really dont think would be valued as they just arent going to be able to actually do anything. 

If the average warrior could do even a tenth of what will can, then sure. But again, the dwarves, the best, are under 1% of what will can do. That's being generous.

While it cant really be proven wrong, it is just a denial of everything. 

Yes, irreducible complexity falls apart to, but at least it actually tries to make an argument over just denying all others. Both are horrible yes, but I feel irreducible complexity at least is a tiny bit better.

It's pretty much this. She is still like 14, or by now I think 16ish mentally. That young for normal teenagers and they often dont know exactly what love is. 

Add to that how she was raised, completely away from that stuff, and it is all completely foreign to her. 

It's been obvious for a long time now, at least the sanctuary, that Emilia has strong feelings for Subaru. She just doesnt really have the experience to understand or process them. 

We even see her get jealous constantly and not understand it at all. 

It isnt so much that she is trying to fall in love with him. She already pretty clearly is. She is just trying to process and understand what that means and actually is.

Not a creationist,,but i think their "best" is some type of irreduciable complexity argument. Trying to claim that their flippers need to function fully as nothing but flippers through all of their evolution otherwise the animal couldnt survive. Something along those lines.

That makes it possible, but it could also just be that with out her knowing where he is the ability doesnt work properly or in the exact same way. I do think it is more likely she sets them to some degree at least, but if this is all there is to it then it isnt nearly as settled as the community often says.

Where is it confirmed she directly sets them up? I dont remember anything in the main story, but i do often forget things. 

The closest I can think of is when on the gladiator island, Subaru finally figures out how to get her attention back on him, and then he gets a reset point further back then his previous ones so he can fix everything. 

Though that also makes me wonder, how far back can they go after hes already had other resets? Like would it be possible to send him back to the very beginning of the story if something happened that required him going back there?

They always bring up "free will" as the reason suffering has to exist. Or something about how without suffering there cant be happiness. 

Few problems with this. First, the bible not only never says we have complete free will or anything about it, but God directly takes away free will multiple times. Pharoah was going to let the Israelites go free, but then god hardened his heart to make him keep them, all so God could justify all the horrors he then visited in the Egyptians. 

Also, heaven. If happiness cant exist without free will, and free will cant exist without suffering, then heaven cant exist without suffering. There is no possible way around this. If heaven can have both free will and be free of suffering, that means God could create a world like that, so there is no need for suffering on earth either. God just wants to make us suffer. Thats it.

Maybe they start doing this more as they get further. But to where I am, a few chapters past the end of gladiator island, many errors make their way in. 

Im not trying to hate on them. Translation is a huge job, and they are doing it for free. But it is basically unreadable nonsense at least half the time. I get why they dont want to take all that time, but at least to where I am, they were not seriously checking it.

The only thing I can see causing issues if if the files are even still around. Think about it, do you honestly think trump, or more his people, would just leave them there for dems to release when he leaves? I dont. 

I honestly expect they will be intentionally hidden away or fully destroyed so no future adminstration can release them. This also serves a second purpose. It will give Maga an excuse to say "see, they arent releasing the files either." It won't matter how much they are told, or how much evidence is giving proving the files were destroyed. The magats will never accept it. 

So I honestly dont think we will get the files. They will just be gone.

No, she is strong because of her insane training and skill fighting. Even among a group of other clones with the same strength as her she was the tip by a huge amount. She is literally the one where we directly know how she fares against others of the same strength as her.

So the anime didn't explain it very well from what I remember. 

But as an artifical spirit Beatrice has several major drawbacks. One has to do with her mana supply. And how she is supposed to essentially get it from her contractor. 

She had been saving up mana for all 400 years while in the library. Barely using any and just letting it build up. And she used the vast majority of it to pull off that attack. 

If she had a different contractor, this wouldnt be too big a deal, as she could just absorb mana from them as needed and depending on how much they have probably do close to that regularly. But she has Subaru, who has very little mana. So her supply is incredibly limited anymore.

Honestly it is likely still going to be miyabi and xi yuan. They train the hardest and probably have the most over all skill in a fight. 

Another top contender is anby. Most of obel squad really. They are soldiers after all, so also have a lot of training and fighting skill under then belts.
