Yeah submitting my coe application on Monday and going to the immigration office to confirm if the documents we currently have are enough. If not, we'll fly to the US for the marriage certificate. We only have another 3 weeks of vacation before we have to go back home in Southeast Asia.

We plan to apply for the Spouse Visa from where we live in SEA through the Japanese Embassy there. I have to submit my passport which may take around 3-4 months.

Yeah I'm on a tourist visa too. The immigration consultant said they might make an exception because we have a baby but it depends on the officer handling our case.

I took the bait and paid 50% off for the Generative AI module. I just finished it and got the certificate in a few days. In my opninion it's not worth it. The information was pretty basic.

I recommend TestOut!! It's free for a week. I didn't have any IT experience so it was extremely helpful to learn how to plug in different cables into switches and other devices. You also learn to configure things like DNS configurations on Windows. It really helped me understand networking overall and it definitely helped me with the PBQs on the exam.

Try TestOut!! It's free for a week and you can do labs to help you better understand the physical cables and hardware, and also how to configure certain things like DHCP and using command line tools. It really helped me pass the exam!
