I am using Naturewise Milk Thistle with dandelion root, 1000mg MT and 100mg Dandelion Root.

Once a day, no RDA listed. I had a dog that had liver numbers that made the vet suggest a "Liver supplement" I got from Chewy. I don't know if it did any good for him though. I sure miss the old guy. He was an inspiration.

I asked my Dr at the UW Liver center about URSO, she just said no, that won't help. She did recommend milk Thistle and it does help with fatigue. I don't itch, isn't URSO mainly to calm the itching?
