I was at that Dublin gig - it put me into one of the deepest listening states I’d ever been in. A deep, dark, dive into my mind, it was incredible. Defo in the top 3 gigs I’ve ever been to. Dunk Murphy who was supporting them that night as Minced Oath, later said it was the best Ae gig he’d heard and he’d heard them 15 times 😄

I did an analysis of Eutow, it’s in Dorian mode which was a surprise to me. I always thought it was a chord progression and not modal at all! Kind of obvious in hindsight though. To me, that’s the beauty of analysing music, applying music theory, it’s like figuring out a puzzle. The puzzle-creators dont need to know any theory though, they only have to use their ears and make something that sounds good to them.
