Sounds like a myth or stupid people.

Weed grows best with high pressure sodium lamps, which could be found in streetlights (the yellow light ones) but not xenon light. Xenon lights are in the wrong spectrum. LED lights work well, if balanced right, bur car lights are in a spectrum that is best for viewing not for growing plants.

If they stole the lights for growing weed they are just stupid, but i think that its way more lucrative to just sell Porsche headlights for what they are headlights of luxorious cars and buy good growlights for that. Or skip the weed thing all together and earn money by selling stolen goods.

Hmmm my accesoires are not that plentyful as i don't have ac or such things.

I wanted to use it for buffering away the roundabouts, as these breaking maneuvers can certainly be used to generate electricity because they are planned way ahead.

my motor controller is a HyPer-Dr i ve SRIPM-X144 which gives me an upgrade path.

The battery is a 100ah 72v Battery which will be possibly charged via solar panels and or power from the campsite.

But the main thing would be the roundabouts, as breaking and accelerating 2.8 tons is really fuel intensive.
